Gastroenterology and Hepatology Fellowship Program
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should have completed three years of training in Internal Medicine in the United States or Canada by the time they enter the fellowship-training program. Applicants choosing the ABIM Research Pathway will also be considered. They must be board certified or eligible in internal medicine, and must possess a California Physician's license before the starting date of the fellowship program.
We are currently recruiting fellows for 2008. We are participating in ERAS and the match. If you are interested in applying, please submit your information to ERAS.
Application Process for the Class of 2008
The UC Davis, Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology is ACGME approved for 10 fellowship positions and generally takes 3 first year fellows each academic year. In 2008, 3 positions will be available.
We will utilize ERAS for processing applications.
We will begin evaluating applications downloaded from ERAS starting December 1, 2006. We will be interviewing applicants between January 1 and April 30, 2007. Interviews are generally held on Fridays.
We will publish the time line for ERAS as soon as the information is made available to us.
